The Sentinel is a 49' commercial purse seine vessel originally built in 1978, it was completely overhauled/rebuilt with new machinery, interior finishings, and electrical and launched in spring 2022 and designed to do charters in her off-season. F/V Sentinel serves as a capable mobile marine charter vessel throughout the central Gulf of Alaska. Sentinel has the capacity to sleep 7 people overnight on long range trips, the back work deck is approximately 26'x15' of workspace and can be equipped with a variety of equipment upon request. Available equipment includes the 6,000 lb. main boom, enclosed 12x12 wet/dry lab, covered deck space/longline shed, hydraulic reel, Mooring/Pot Launcher, Sonar/Acoustic Receiver Pole, Seine power-block, longline hauler and double 5,000 lb. winches on both port and starboard picking booms.
